April fools treats!! Hahaha

Last night for April fools I made these yummy "taco salads". They were actually ice cream sundaes. The cheese and lettuce is actually coconut I dyed with food coloring. The tomatoes are cherries, sour cream is whipped cream. The meat is chocolate ice cream. The kids were actually fooled for a few minutes until the 16 year old saw the "meat" melting! Hahaha!! They loved them!
